Onida / Mirc Electronics — service centre person not responding | |
It's been 25 days that i hav given my tv for repair work. They didn't even know what the problem is.. The person who is in charge of that centre is worthless. He doesn't know how to behave with his customers. I asked him what is the problem with the tv. He said we don't know we have to test the tv by putting board, and the board has to come from manglore, before this i had a display problem with my tv, at that time i received tv after 50 days. What kind of service is this? Better you have to handle yourself, if not you are the responsible for the consequences. Was this information helpful? | |
