Please dont buy #onida product from #tatacliq I had purchased onida split inverter ac from tatacliq on 20th april, it took 12 days for product installation. On 12 june (Within 2 months) it had stopped working due to some error code. I had called the onida nashik concerned person he came for troubleshoot told me that i will order the spare part and get it done within 1 week. He was not answering my calls forn consecutive 2 weeks. After 2 weeks he is calling me and telling to raise the complaint on onida tollfree number as he is not getting the part from onida. I officially made complaint on 29th june on onida, till today (23rd july) no one has turned up from onida to solve my complaint. Now kindly provide me indoor unit in replacement i waited for the part for quite a long time, i dont want to waste my time & hard earned money behind onida. Its very upsetting buying such an expensive product and getting unadequate service. Please help me at the earliest. Sir no complen attanden collcentar and one pirsion coming but not solution why open the TV and screen damage. My problem only scrin and your pirsion open TV and damage my scrin TV
