This is Vijay from Chennai. 5 days back We purchased Onida A/C but still not installed the A/C and i called onida showroom in Chennai, Porur Branch there is no response.( onida showroom contact number[protected] and[protected] We did a big mistake by purchasing Onida. Meanwhile we planned to purchase 4 more A/C for my office. Thank God we just stopped that plan. If product is problem that is fine bcoz its electronic item but If service is worst there is no use of purchasing Onida. Really we dont refer any of my friends and relatives to buy the Onida even we will promote not to buy the Onida for people purpose.
