[Resolved]  Online Deals Today Pvt. Ltd — Fraud deals and cheating with payments

I am also a victim and lost Rs.15999/- on an offer for a DEL laptop. I had made the payment through two credit card. People by the name KAUSHAL, SIRAJ, KETAN etc were the ones behind this fraud. From the MCA site the directors names were given as PANKAJ SHARMA, BRIJESH YADAV and RAJENDER GUPTA and their address was given as E 26, GROUND FLOOR, GALI NO:17, MADHUR VIHAR, SHAKARPUR, NEW DELHI0110092 but the registered letter I had sent was returned by the postal department. Again the same letter was sent to the address reflecting in their site which seemed to have been accepted. The mobile number given was [protected] but either they don`t pick it up or they disconnect the phone abruptly. All this reflects that the fraud is done as a team work. Should I move legally or give them a chance to settle my issue.

Yes i also have faced the same problem,
after being contacted many times they do not even pick the phone and
till now from march 13 i have contacted them 15 times, but no proper response from them

I was pay money through RTGS from My bank A/c.When deal was done Mr. Chirag assure me for laptop of Dell. From last three months i am following the company by call. They do false commitment. I have recorded communication tapes. Till i was not not get my gift and co. now block my mobile no. on there no. M.No. is.[protected]. I think this company is total fraud.

HI Team, There is a big fraud run by the Online Deals Today (ODT), They somehow have the database of people doing transactions online and based on that they call such people and sell them holiday packages based on false promises, They have a website as well to fool people and manuplate them, the website is http://onlinedealstoday.co.in/, They sell different packages but mostly they sell the Family Package costing 7999/- and ask users to check about the package online first and then buy and do a transaction for Rs 7999/- to buy this package. Online Deals Today seems to be very much proficient is fooling and luring customers as they promise you with holiday package including gifts such as Sony Xperia Tablet or Blcakberry Mobile, Even though you will try not to believe them, they will keep calling you and convincing you till you are traped and you do a transaction of Rs. 7999/- through PAYU, A company like PAYU seems to be involved in this big fraud as well A guy with some name such as Ankit will send you a mail as well on your mail id from ODT domain to authenticate their claim, you then start believing them, they will involve their supervisor with the name Rishabh as well to convince you and then you are trapped and you do a transaction of Rs 7999/- and once the same is done they will be in touch with you for 2-3 days after whcich they won't even pick your calls and this is how you are fooled. Sites such as Online Deals Today should be banned as they are the ones bringing bad name to E-commerce which is highly growing in India presently. I agree totally fraud. paytm and razorpay suspended this company on my complaint. Don't deal with them

ONLINEDEALSTODAY is a completely fraud company running basically on blatant lies.
I was duped in many ways by the company to manage my travel deals to Chennai.
At first they coaxed me to pay full amount for five star accommodation with wlcome drink, free breakfast etc.etc.. with choice of five star hotel at the destination and confirmation letter in just 24 hours after remitting full booking amount.
Covetted with the mouth watering offer I easily fail into the trap and sent the full money.
After that, they just stopped contacting me.
After series of e-mail they sent me confirmation at a very low grade chennai hotel with non-ac accommodation that too just few days before my journey. No breakfast of welcome drink etc were provided.
I am complete to initiate legal action against them.
It is requested to not to fall into their trap. It is a complete fraud business.

I received the call from one of the executive Lokesh from[protected] and they assured that with a combo amount pay of 3999/ will receive an assured gift of Laptop along with few other gifts and they have a tie up with Amazon and other online shopping, if we don't like than Combo offer what they are giving can select from other online shopping sites.
With the lure of some benefit we tend to pay the money but later they cheat us with there illegal business by not giving any Gifts.

I have lost Rs. 7999/- by paying this fraud company.
They promised to provide samsung tablet and 7 nights tour package but they didn't.
When I asked to refund my money they just said we are looking into the matter.
Please don't pay any single penny to them and I have lost my trust on Payumoney also.
