This is to explain about my deal, how i booked by my package, on
18th of april, i got call from your employee Mr. Amit Saksena(call
no. 91-[protected]) regarding scheme. He explain me about your company
each & every things. he advice me to register in your company for
holiday packages & as well as gift with the registration. He told me that if i booked now, i will get branded Laptop “Dell” model no.INSPIRON 3rd generation
3i, in white color, he also explain congregations of laptop, he also
advise me to check model in online website, which i done, then he force
me to pay at that time Rs. 7999/-. and ensure me that the laptop will
dispatch within 2 hours with as your choice of courier whether
professional or blue dart, i confirm professional courier to deliver, he
also ensure that it will deliver within 4-5 working days and docket no.
will be given in 1 hrs. this all conversation run in my office. He
again & again i asked me to pay the said amount online immediately. I
asked for my confirmation how it work, that in 7999/- how can you
provide me the laptop and holiday package. He explain me that “we
purchase bulk quantity from manufacturer and it's actual price for
manufacturer is 30 to 40% of whatever the market price, and by this
type of deal promote our company from you by giving some advise to your
friends & relatives. By all this explanation & also after
visiting on your web site i confirm that the call might be not fake
call. I put trust on the person taking with me. and i pay under his
guideline and suggestion. i made online payment through my debit card of
Rs. 7999/-. I fill up the form in web site, and also enter Laptop and holiday package in scheme selection.
I wait for 2-3 hours on same day for docket no. the next day it was
Sunday, On Monday, i made a call that, i not got any confirmation from
your company on mobile number was given by Mr Amit ie. .
he again ensure me that i will give you call within 30 min. After
near about 2 hours I got call from confirmation department. He asked me
about my registration in your in company and also package selection, I
reply that I selected your 7999/- holiday package with Free laptop
scheme. He suddenly reply me that we not offer any Gift to you with this
package, but if you give us contact number of your friends &
relative we will count your point and provide some gift to you. He
cancelled my confirmation at that time. Again I call Mr Amit and told
about phone conversation with your confirming staff. He told why should
you asked for Gift from them, just force me remain quite about Gift
while confirming the scheme and advise me that in my reply i should
disclosed that the Gift matter has been settled with MR Anit Saksena if I
got second call. I done the same. I reply that Gift matter has been
settle with Mr Amit Saksena, on other side the confirmer confirm &
told me reply of mail confirming scheme, he also told me that Holiday
voucher will be delivered you within 5 days. I gave a call to Mr Amit
Saksena for all conversation he also confirm all the things.
After two days again I made call to Mr Amit seksena, I tried so many
times, he starts avoiding to pick up the phone, so finally I put massage
that, I going to complain about his wrong explanation, then suddenly in
5 minutes I got call from him, he say why are complaining ?, I told
that I not second confirming my gift, he told wait for 5 minute, I do
some things, he rush to your office and I received call from your office
no. 91+[protected] that asking my name & number and address, I gave
all the details he required. He told me that as soon as you received
your Package voucher you give us call for confirming the address. Same
time I asked why should you not derived both the things together? He
told if your address is incorrect & the parcel (laptop) will damage
who will responsible for the same. And I agreed with him. I wait another
3 days. and I got Package voucher at my home, Next day I gave a call to
Amit Saksena ([protected]) and informed that I received the Package
voucher any my address I ok. He told me to wait for more 10 to 15 days
for Laptop because our company not having stock right now. Give me 2
to 3 days for when the stock will arrive. Then I come final conclusion
that I caught big game. From that day till today I gave so may call to
Amit Saksena. on[protected] but he is not picking up call. Finally
I write a letter to you complaining about your staff, why should then
do so. Whether your company is supporting to do so or your staff is
doing this type of work for his incentive, salary other reward. I have
received good things impression about your company from people. But
this type for cases, will your company from top to bottom. Now, come to the point, what should I do, I need your reply regarding this matter. Can I hope for your help in this matter or should I forgot the matter like net crime.This
is fact I done big mistake but your employee done crime that can not be
register in police station but can be register in social station.
