You are attempting to palm me off a medication that is over 33 times more potent than the one I ordered, at nearly 4 times the actual cost.
Regrettable and unfortunate indeed.
Holland & Barrett Biotin 300μg, 100 Tablets, is ₹1519.05; Shipping Charges of ₹100.00, and a ridiculous 5% surcharge of ₹80.95 on ₹1619.05 for
Paytm payment gateway, totalling ₹1700, 00. Incidentally, you are the one and only Online Vendor that adds a surcharge on a
Paytm Payment.
Whereas,
HealthKart HK Vitals Biotin 10000μg (mcg), 90 tablets is ₹499.00, or ₹484.00 for Premium Members, with Free Shipping. Please see the attached Snapshot.
Anyway, I do not have time to waste communicating with you needlessly. It is like churning water !!
May I, therefore, request you to please arrange, immediately, for the Refund of Rs 1, 700.oo to the same source of payment, namely, my
Paytm Account, in order that we can amicably close this unseemly incident.

As per your so-called lopsided policy, reproduced below, your cancellation charges are Rs 100 + 5% = Rs 105.00.
You should have, therefore, refunded Rs 1700 - Rs 105 = Rs 1595.00.
Instead, you have refunded Rs 1515.00.
May I inquire as to what has happened to the remaining Rs 80.00, please.
Look forward to your response, and, for the refund of Rs 80.00.
It is a simple matter of Principle and Ethics, two old fashioned admirable qualities that are, thanks to people like yourselves, almost extinct.

Thank you for your email of 25 October 2021 tersely informing me that my refundable amount is Rs 1515.oo.
In your email of 21 October 2021, reproduced below, you had mentioned:-
"We want to inform you that as per our company policy. If you cancel the order then we will refund your amount after the deduction of cancellation charge Rs 100+5% from your paid amount. and we will refund you through
paytm gateway. It will take 20 to 25 working days to reflect the amount kindly give confirmation for the refund process."
You should have, therefore, refunded Rs 1700 minus Rs 105 = Rs 1595.00.
Instead, you have refunded Rs 1515.00.
May I inquire as to what has happened to the remaining Rs 80.00, please.
I am afraid that you have chosen a wrong
person to fence with.
Kindly arrange for the balance refund of Rs 80.00 at your earliest. And no excuses, please.
