Online Medical Store Omsi — Regarding online purchase and refund of the product

I had place order online with Online Medical Store India almost 15 days back but there is no response from them afterwards. Please refund my money if you can not deliver the items otherwise i will have to take a legal action against you & also i keep ability to bring this matter over the television media so Please send reply to my mail and initiate the refund.

I ordered an ayurvedic medicine on 23rd oct, and paid the amount via paytm. They have just send me an email with transaction no. [protected]. No order number nothing else they have not even contacted me via sms nor with mail again. They r big cheaters. Return my money or send me the product as soon as possible.

After checking the reviews, i was hesitating but since it was a small order, i wanted to try myself. i received the product very fast. I have placed multiple orders since then without any problem.

I also enquired their manager "why do you have such bad reviews?" and i was told some impatient customers have put their reviews online and even after solving their issues, customers are not taking those review off.

I'm not sure what's the case but i'm a satisfied customer and counting by how frequently these reviews are put i'm sure these are only handful customers who have some problems and omsi.in is a genuine company.

This is a FRAUD site as told by several people above. They ask you to remit the money and keep asking you to submit the payment details even after doing so. Please dont ever do any purchase here. It is a waste of money and time. I have filed complaint against these cheater's fraud.

I dont know why people are calling this fraudulent but i have always got all my products on time on fast service i think these people want to demote the business to promote their business
