Online Recharge Freecharge — Money debited from account but recharge failed and the money is not refunded. | |||
Using the freecharge app I requested a top up of Rs 70 for which the amount was debited from my account and the payment was successful. Till yesterday the recharge status was shown to be 'in process'. Today freecharge has initiated the recharge status to be failed. The have not refunded the money. Was this information helpful? | |||
