Dear Sir/Madam, This mail is the remainder of my previous complaint (Complaint No: CS[protected], Date: 06/06/2014) which has not been resolved. My case is as follows: Inspite of Having all the required Documents and approved by manager of the branch the concerned Field officer (In-charge) is not processing & responding for my application of loan. Since from 4 months I visited the office several times. Please do the needful in sorting out the issue.
