Housefull Furniture, Mumbai — Never replace the defective product | |||
Hi, This is regarding a LIANARDO Dining Table I purchased online where at the time of payment their website crashed and I couldn't get Order number. After getting their confirmation on phone they delivered me the table after 1 month. They delivery boy identified the broken glasses and promised to replace the same but they didn't give me any bill or delivery note. As i don't have Order Number handy so each time when I called their customer care they helped me searching my transaction by my name, email id or phone number and every time they promised they will replace the product within one month. After fews months when I didn't get any call from them then I recalled them but this time they asked me order number and without that they denied to help me. Can you please help me sort this out.
