[Resolved]  Pure Home Decor — Unprofessional Shopping Site

Pure Home Decor is big fraud and never deliver on time. I have also not received my order till date which i ordered near diwali.When searched deeply i found that even the cost which they display on website is double than the actual cost of the product. The customer care representative doesn't have english knowledge. When asked for their address she told our office is in janakpuri but when i checked on website i found following A 47/12, DLF PHASE 1, GURGAON-122002. I visited the address and found they are running their office in basement and having 10 - 12 people staff. Now i understand why my order never deliver on time. I suggest to all online buyers never buy and trust on Pure Home Decor.

Pure Home Decor has the most pathetic customer care I have come across. I never received a mail confirming my order. When I called customer care, a lady (the same one that the two other disappointed shoppers are talking about here) answered and said she would send me a mail. That mail never arrived. I tried calling them again but got no answer. However, my order reached in less than a week. But the product - Bombay Dyeing Bedsheet - was not what I was expecting. It was not the colour or the pattern they had shown on the website. I tried calling PURE HOME DECOR immediately. First it didn't connect, second time it connected but the so-called customer care representative never came online. I waited for five minutes before hanging up. This is really disappointing. I also tried calling Bombay Dyeing. the representative there put me to the marketing person who said someone from Pure Home decor will call me. To some extent, Bombay Dyeing is also to blame for associating with the website and also for allowing misrepresentation of the product in the picture.

I am regretting ever visiting the website and actually buying from there. It has been an absolute waste of time and money. Why would I go buy from here when there are better options out there? If you are considering buying from this website, please be warned. DO NOT BUY. You will regret it like I am.

Pure Home Living Store in DLF Place Mall Saket is indulging in blatant false advertising, luring people into the store with signs that say discounts o[censored]p to 60% but then turning around and quietly charging clients over 12% VAT on prices that are clearly labelled as "inclusive of all taxes". I picked up some items that were meant to be on sale with 20% off but when they made the bill - they had charged the tax of over 12% so my discount was a mere 7%-8%. I told them that they cannot charge tax on prices that clearly say "inclusive of all taxes" but they were not interested saying that it was corporate policy and then showed me a sign that was lying hidden on the check out counter - not where the sale signs were. When I asked to meet the manager, a person who called himself Akash came to the desk and he had a "could not care less" attitude which just added insult to injury, BUYER BEWARE - Pure Home is indulging in FALSE ADVERTISING! I also had a terrible experience with Pure Home Decor online website. Just before the schools reopened in June I ordered two water bottles for my kids from their website. The website said they will be delivered within 7-10 working days. Even after I paid for the order online, I never got any email confirming my order or giving me a tracking ID. After a lot of hunting around I found a very round-about way of looking for my order at their website . For 15 days, it just said the order was confirmed. The schools reopened and I called up to find out the status of my order. For the first 3 days no one picked up the call and no one replied to my emails. On the 4th day one lady picked up and took the order number and told me that she would call me back in 10 minutes but she never called back. I was able to reconnect after 2 days and again (the same lady) said the same thing but I told her not to disconnect and give me the status. She finally got back saying they did not have stock and would have to cancel the order. I cancelled the order and waited for the promised email but it never came. Meanwhile I ordered 2 water bottles from flipkart which were delivered in 2 days. After 5 days I called again and I was again told ( by the single lady who represents customer service) that she would call me back in 10 minutes. She did call back and told me the money had been refunded but I had not got anything back on my card. She gave me a reference ID . I kept checking and finally money was refunded after 2 months !! I will never buy any thing from this website which have such an unresponsive system . They charged my card even when they did not have stock. Others beware of this website.

I ordered a double bed sheet of Rs 899 on this site on 13th sep 2013. After 5 days received such a cheap quality bedsheet not even matching my purchased one. I immediately called their customer care centre. She told me to click the pic of bedsheet and to send e mail. I did the same . Next day, one person came to collect that wrong bedsheet. I again called the centre, she(same lady) said that my order will be dispatch on 23rd sep. today(26sep) I called again, she told me that now my parcel has been lost. I have not across such a fraud company. I do not know whether what will happen to my Rs900? Till date at least had made 10 calls in dis regard. For authencity, I am giving my order number as well. It is 8561. Can anyone help me?????

I ordered red colour Iron Jali Votive set of 2 in pure Homedecore. It has received on 5 November. But when I opened the packet that was only one and the colour was green. I had tried to get customer care. But I am not getting any one. The amount Rs. 525/- No idea to whom I have to contact ? Whether I will get back the money or ordered item?
