[Resolved] OnlineClues — The jeans don't fit me and the quality is not good

I have received my order from online clues. The 3 jeans do not fit me and it's quality is not good. I've also registered a complaint on the 8 november 2016 to online clues but they have marked my complaint as resolved, i have not received any revert from them till now. I want to return the 3 jeans back to online clues and want a full amount refund of 1199 i paid to online clues. The product shows 1099 on their website but they charged me 1199. Please help me with the refund asap, or i'll be forced to take this further. I've also checked the complaint websites and they have answered some of the complaint on the same day, so please check my complaint because i'm a very unhappy customer and i want my refund back of 1199. Please take your product back from me
