[Resolved] Onlinedthservice.com — fraud company online dth service | |||||
Hi, I have called onlinedthservice and booked dish tv from the site and paid the money online. While i'm contacting them after two days, they were not taking the call in service department but i tried in new connection department they have picked up the call and answered while i'm asking about the refund of the last connect they were cutting the call. I have tried so many times but they did the same. I have check the refund policy of the onlinedthserive.com they have give a phone number of homeshoppe, they dont know about the dish tv details. I have ordered dth and done online payment after they said me it will install in24hr but till now they not installed and also not refunded 1699 rupees they are totally fraud company my transaction Id is[protected] please help me and also do some action to this fraud company

I want to make you aware about my issue with ONLINEDTH. CO. IN, it's a fraud company because I booked my connection on 20th Oct 2019 and paid also 1499 Rs online, but till now I didn't get my order and not my refund when I call this company they listen but when I talk about my refund. they drop the call instantly. So plz help me costomers and whoever is concerned with this type of issue if happened with anyone.
