I ordered remote for my tatasky on 3rd Nov and on 4th November I got mail saying that they have completed my order but I did not recieve anything, Their call service is also wrecked when I press 9 to talk to Their customer executive, it says u have chosen wrong option.I have done upfront payment through Paytm.
