I have given my honor mobile for service on 21/12/2017 - id[protected].
The status link is showing the status as repair completed on 3/1/2018 and shows expected delivery by 8/1/2018. Still not got my mobile back from onsitego.
Customer support every time saying "once the mobile is collected from service center, it will be delivered to you".
I do not understand why onsitego does not collect the mobile from service center and deliver it to me for a completed repair???
