I have send my mobile on first time then they change the touch panel but auto shutdown mobile switch of on not resolve.

Again i reised the request then they again change the battery (Before use battery is worn king fine but still they change) but still not auto shutdown mobile switch of on not resolve also main thing i recive my mbile with brocken display (Black and white spot) but as per delever man told me you need to agin resied new request.
