I bought phone from croma, I Bought extended warranty with onsitego, after few month I gave my phone to onsitego to repair they said we cannot repair because there is water logging inside which is false, because I never touch my phone with wet hand never put it on water, onsitego is fraud company my 1750/-iney wasted.

Due to some problem in my air condition, I went to get a new AC in Croma, then the sales person diverted me and said that you take the onesidego service which is a 1 year plan and your problem will be solved, if it will not be fine then So we will divert your service to your other one, when I called the new one for service today, the technician is saying that your air condition has changed, so there will be no service.

I have a Dell G7 laptop which was purchased on 11th July 2020. The purchase had a 1-year of Dell warranty and in addition to it, I bought a 2-year extended warranty of Rs-9800.10/- from Onsitego. My Leonova laptap in in warranty, and had given twice for rectifying the problem. First time for slow working, They checked and told me that window need to be updated, took Rs700/- for the same, but problem didn't resoved, returned laptop without rectification after 10 days duration. They don't have competent in resolving any issue and ubnecessarily penalised me for rs.700/-.
Second time, I realised that some keys were not working ( this problem was not there before first service) so I given for rectification. I had checked before handing over the laptop that the same in covered in warranty. I received call requesting my permission for possible damage may caused while opening the laptop, because of hard hinges. I asked whether they will repaired the hinges once open, the answer was NO. I said I will witness the operation, for this they refused. And rerurned my laptop withour repairing after one week.
So, this way they always fing good reason for not honoring warranty. It is a sofisticated foaud.
Second time, I realised that some keys were not working ( this problem was not there before first service) so I given for rectification. They don't provide warranty, they provide repair service upto max price of your appliances.
For example:
product price is 500
1st repair - This is absolutely hidden to the customer. Suppose a part change costed 300 rs. They will deduct 300 from 500, remaining 200 is your eligibility for next repair

A forced client of your extended warranty for my Samsung semi automatic machine. The warranty service seems scam.
My experience and complaint below
Onsite service team reported that AC had gas leak. Gas team came next day and apparently did the fix and filled gas. This was paid and 90 day warranty was promised.
Gas leaked again a month after. This time again, fix was done and gas refilled.
Now the gas has leaked again, just slightly more than 90 days after the first visit, and I am being asked to pay up. I was told that the warranty is from the latest gas leak and not the first one, seriously, in business, the warrant says that the fix is done and it shouldn't cause any problem for next 90 days.
But now the customer care team is making conflicting statement, they are asking for payment.
Its not the customer problem that the "engineers" coming to fix and refill are not able to fix the leak. They just refill and leave making it someone's else's problem.
If this keeps on happening, I will have to pay the gas leak amount every 90 days, because the Onsite team is not capable of fixing the leak.

SR No.[protected] april your engg. diagnosed my a/c and told me only gas problema and your coil is in very good condition and the next day your engg. again come and fill gas in our a/c after 10 day colling problem i ' m again complete your CS via call and next day agin your engg. coming and diagnosed my a/c and told a/c good working now gew day ago i m facing same problem and tomorrow your engg come and told me a/c is good working problem only low pressure showing 100 / per per company 120 or 130 so he told me gas charging team come and top up gas
today your team come and by accidentally he damage my front coil due to repairing time after 1 our he told us your cooling coil damage and we cant repair Better your purchase new cooling coil
please tell me why i m why i m purchase cooling coil your engg damage my coil and as per policy if doing any work in ac and acidendly u damage my da/c you are repair free of cost under insurance or your policy i m requests to you please solve my problem urgent basis
