This is to let you know that i am really upset with the most pathetic service and rude behaviour of your customer service team members.

I have raised a request, for servicing my general aircondition on 8th october 2019. Service req id is[protected]. I was been informed that within 24 to 48 hrs the tech guy will contact me. Which did not happen.

I called back on 13th october 2019 and same jazz was given to me again and was told some one will contact you as we have escalated the issue.

Today ie 19th october i called again and same # is given again. So just to service the aircondition i have to chase you guys? Is this a free service you providing? I guess i have paid for this service for four years and the worst decision i made i guess.

Never in future i would opt for onsite for any extended warranty. Because i dont have the time to chase you for a aircondition service.

    Average time taken for repairs of ac is one month. I have extended warranty for three o general acs purchased from vijay sales infinity mall andheri west in 2017. Service quality is very very poor. No one should opt for this service. Repair request no is[protected] pending for last one month. Service center technicians visiting keeps changing for the same complaint. The extended warranty package was presented to me when i purchased the air conditioners from vijay sales.
    I took the extended warranty of the onsidego company I have a new series of lg tv.it have pannal issue.25 Oct he taken my TV they not solved the issue and not given my TV pls what can I do

      Sub - very poor service also not happy with call center attending person they guys put the call on hold and then cut the call makes customer fool.

      I raised a complaint on monday 22/7/2019 for my mccoy cooler. Engineer pay first visit on 25/7 he found cooler motor need to replace as company suggest it is a part replacement only we will resolve it as soon as possible suggest. After 4 days i. E 28/7 i got a call fro engineer but no buddy came. Today that is 29/7 engineer pay visit again with faulty motor. He analyze this at my home motor is faulty so we will replace it again it will take another day.

      Would any buddy suggest me how much time you guys takes to replace a part 8 days has already gone and you are giving me another date what is my fault?

      I prefer to replace cooler motor today hole day you have, i live in noida is there any difficulty then let me know. I had paid for this i will never expect such a long delay.

        Assuming to get a proper response. We had purchased 49uh77ot harman kardamman design lg tv from croma gtb with extended warranty from onsite in 2016. Two years tv was awesome but the screen had a issue which lg people said cannot be repaired so replacement would be done. Since 18th march we have no tv at home. No replacement done till time. The product 49sk8500 model was assured to be replaced on 20th april then delayed to 26th of april and on 25th lg staff ram very arrogant calls and says the product cannot be delivered. When asked what is the timeline for resolution of dis problem they say it takes a lot of time. Already 2 months have gone and we have no tv. We had requested a tv as per the specifications of our tv which i think could have been easily resolved earlier. But delay was done from whose fault i fail to understand. Request onsite and brand lg to take a look in this matter and resolve the problem.

          I took the total protection plan for my mobile and within 2 months it has got broken As mentioned in website i have contacted the customer care of onsitego and did as mentioned . Lodged complaint on 6th of JAn 2019.
          executive picked up the mobile on 7Th of jan,
          8th jan to till date (24th of jan 2019)i didnt get any call back from their side .
          once i Checked with the Customer care executive they just simply said as it wont cover under Warranty and it cant be done anything . The executive Denied us from escalating the calll to the NExt level

            I had the worst experience of customer services with onsitego. They took my mobile for repair which was in warranty period and kept it for almost 2 months. I had to call them almost everyday after a month passed and every time they just gave silly excuses for why it was taking so long. They have wasted a lot of my time. Finally when i got the device back it was in the same condition.
            Someone should sue these people and have their fraudulent company closed. Horrible customer service!!

              I have purchased 2 year extended warranty for laptop (Rs. 35, 001 to rs. 50, 000) service from onsitego in the year 2016 (Please find attachment for details) with worth of 4, 499. This warranty will be applicable from june 2017 to may 2019 i. E after company warranty get completed. Recently i given my laptop for serving on date of 11 sep 2018 with detailed complain in mail and they delivered back on 10th oct 2018 (Without informing the resolution steps they made). This means i don't know what resolution they made to resolve my issues. Before giving the laptop first time, as a customer i informed the representative that the issue with software and it needs system formation at the time of submitting my laptop to the onsite go. However, they didn't informed while giving back to me.
              Issue 1: after receiving my laptop, i found one of my complaint has not been resolved. (System become slow). This is the reason, again i raised complaint and they raised in separate ticket instead of reopen the ticket on dt 13th oct 2018 and they pick up my laptop on 15th oct 2018. This time after spending of 12 days, customer team called me and informed that issue with software and system need formation and asking for licence version of os cd or we will format the system with trail version os that will work for three months. But i informed it is a inbuilt os and i need licence version os only and that is the reason only i perched extended warranty and it should cover in warranty. But they said it will not cover in warranty and asked me to check in web site. However, any terms and conditions in website can be modified any time with out having dual signed copy and while purchasing there is no such conditions i red. This is one issue with them and
              Issue 2: they didn't informed me about software issue at first time they took my laptop for servicing. If they informed at first time i suppose to go for alternative. But they didn't.
              Issue3: even i disagree with their argument, they sent my laptop back to me with out resolving the issue and i denied to take laptop back. Till today onsite people not trying to reach me about the issue. Please suggest me i can i proceed further.

                Issue : pickup was done on 8 th june and the scheduled delivery was 6th july.. The phone has yet not been delivered... Every time i call on the toll free number, a different guy picks up the phone, gives me fake promises that the phone will be delivered in the next 24-48 hours and postphones the delivery.. Names of call centre staff who have picked up my phone : lawrence fernandez and others i don't remember.. Some staff has also been rude in their vocals..

                  Bought a LG refrigerator side by side from Croma Nepeansea Road a yr back and at time of purchase took extended warranty. I was not informed that it would be of some onsite company and not LG. My refrigerator is not cooling since over 2weeks on lodging a complaint with LG I was informed that the warranty was not with them and I had to confirm with Croma the details regarding the warranty. It was then that I learnt and heard about this hoax company onsite. After lodging a complaint and a million calls their worker with no knowledge visited. I have written several mails but it’s just in vain. The customer service executive Mr Kshitij Singh and his superior Ms Aparna Fernandes were very rude and refused to help. I somehow got the number of Mr Maroof who was the authorised dealer and in charge of resolving the issue. The workers could not resolve the issue and they stopped taking my calls or respond to any msges. They dont understand a customers plight. I would request everyone not to ever take extended warranty from this company as it’s a hoax and don’t believe in customer satisfaction or service.

                    No its not genuine at all.

                    I have purchased a daikin split ac and purchased 2 years extended warranty from them. At the time of purchase they said, everything is covered for next 2 years.

                    My bad luck, my ac flap got broken in just completing my first year and i contacted the onsitego and to my surprise they directly said its not covered.

                    And you will be surprised, when i talk to daikin, they immediately take it up and change it without any extra cost.

                    So guys better to buy it from company itself, instead of these third party vendors.

                    Companies go to an extra mile to cover your extended warranties.

                    Think 4 times before buying these fake extended warranties.

                      My name is pawan kumar mishra. Date of incident : 11/05/18. It always takes more than 24 to 48 hrs to visit from onsite go under warranty product. Enginner will visit your place always more than 2 weeks time. On top of everything being a customer i was misbehaved with engineer from onsite go. His name is bilal from ghaziabad site. Bilal came to my place after a month after raising the request and started asking for money. When i questioned why is he asking for money when my product is under warrenty. He started argument with me on my door step. When i requested onsite go to take this matter seriously & provide me the ceo email address no body helped me with the complain & no action has been taken on the engineer. Pathetic services from onsite go as usual. No response was provided yet. I need to know what action has been taken on the engineer bilal.

                        I purchased an extended warranty through croma (New bel road, bangalore) for aquaguard supreme. Firstly this aquaguard supreme model is total rubbish. It gave us trouble right from the word go leaking from the bottom every 3-4 months. Nevertheless, aquaguard repaired reasonably promptly till the warranty ran out and onsitego took over. Recently again it leaked and onsitego took over. First it took 3 weeks to send some technician over — pretending first that the technician could not reach us which was a complete lie as 2 numbers were provided. Then the technician was totally incompetent, the leak came back within a day and another week went by before the technician was sent again. After which the technician said there was some circuit board problem and the part was not available etc. Another 3 weeks went by and then onsitego said that they would contact aquaguard directly and that we should pay whatever is needed and onsitego would reimburse later. The aquaguard technician came and said there was no problem and the issue was only with the filters and that onsitego would reimburse us for the change. We promptly agreed and dished out 4500 rupees. When contacted onsitego refused to pay this amount claiming that filters are not covered. Never once did they contact us explaining that this was the case. Onsitego is just total rubbish. Please do not buy extended warranty through this company. You will regret it for ever. Also be wary of buying aquaguard products.

                          On 24th december 2017 i claimed my warrenty from onsitego as my device was not able to boot properly, at that time warrenty was left for 1 month after several days they picked up m device and they handed over me bill of 16000rs which includes battery and motherboard (I have attached all email interactions), at that time i was shocked i have no option than taking back my device from onsitego as i dont have any other option, after that i checked my device with lg store but they said company has disconinue the production of battery, that made me think that if company has discontinue the production of battery then how onsitego checked my device, i was helpless for 1 month as onsitego and lg were not supporting me proper;y, till the time i get my hands on battery which i bought from shopclues my warrenty period of onsitego was over, i just changed the battery and phone was booted succesfully, then what was 16000rs onsitego was charging me? Also my device was under warrenty when i have registerd claim, i have attached all the mails and details in the below, i really want justice as i faced inconvinience for last 2 months, i spent 2-3 months without my mobile only because of onsitego

                            mobile not delivered

                            I have given my honor mobile for service on 21/12/2017 - id[protected].
                            The status link is showing the status as repair completed on 3/1/2018 and shows expected delivery by 8/1/2018. Still not got my mobile back from onsitego.

                            Customer support every time saying "once the mobile is collected from service center, it will be delivered to you".

                            I do not understand why onsitego does not collect the mobile...

                            I had taken extended warranty of onsite for my samsung j7 prime and in the very first month of extended warranty the display of the phone got off and was not working although the incomming calls were their with ringtone working, for which we registered a complain, the phone was dropped at croma store on 24.11.17 from where it was purchased and till 30.11.17 the on line check was showing that your phone is under diagnosis at service centre and the expected date is soon to come.
                            On 2.12.17 i received a mail that your phone is liquid damaged hence we will not allow any claim.
                            This is cheating a customer as keeping the phone under your custody for 8 days and saying liquid damage which is definately done from their end and giving an estimate of rs 11000/= whereas the present phone cost is 13500/=. I will go to cosumer forum.

                              Full description of the incident -
                              I had given my phone for repair within the warranty period of the insurance. These guys took a week to pick it up first and then when i got it back after 2 weeks, it still wasnt working and one fine day stopped working completely for the same reason that it was given for repair.
                              I gain called them and complained, these guys again took a week and a half to pick up the phone and now i have no idea what exactly is happening..!!! They promise call backs but one calls back...

                              Desirable resolution - i had earlier asked for an apology letter, which wasnt sent. Now i want a refund for all the times i have been going through distress and inconvenience without my phone because of them,,,!!!

                                Still if you pressurize them they will pickup your device and create some other serious problem in it.
                                My serious request if you have money buy extended warranty from the product company itself, they will definitely help you.

                                  The onsitego team took the mobile on 18-7-17 and now, almost a moth later they call and say pcb is damaged and will cost rs 9000.

                                  This is absolutely un-acceptable and no-one cares that they took more than a month to revert.

                                  The model number is moto g5 and was damaged in a short fall.

                                  The total cost of the phone was 13k and now they want 9k.

Once i booked a service from onsitego they said that they dont have a person here in my place to service my product and forced me to get it serviced by myself so that they can reimburse the charges. Since it was a zonal manager who requested this, i agreed for a self service and provided the. The invoice on 12july'17 till date they didn't reimburse the charges. They are making so many...

                                    I registered the complaint with onsitego. After 7days the service executive called me and said that the tablet was found with water drops inside. I have an accident in Feburary and When I charged it to start and use it tablet didn't turned on, is it possible if person has not used for a month, water can go inside on its own. I have read their reviews the company pays no attention to the customer or their complaints. Only prank reasons what they are told to tell to customer just to avoid any high cost in term of repair

                                      Onsite customer care executive picked up my mobile on Feb 06-2017 that time he checked properly my phone (iPhone 6Plus ) that time no physically damage.
                                      but after 2-3 days i got mail from onsite that your phone physically damaged so we can't give warranty of your phone. But my phone that when i handover not damaged even before pickup onsite customer executive checked properly.

                                      then how can they said my mobile physically damaged.
                                      if my mobile physically damaged he can mention into receipt which he give me after pickup my phone.

                                      Executive who pickup my phone not build if i found my phone broken then he can mention into receipt which he give me.
                                      even a 5 yr child can tell phone broken or not?
                                      My phone is not broken onsite damaged my phone.
                                      please help me.

                                        I had given my mobile coolpad note 5 Bill No: 195740. As per the website and their policy they had mentioned coolpad has covered the SLA of 21 days. they are failed to provided my mobile back as per SLA. In their website they are clearly mentioned (screen shot), if they failed to provide the mobile as per SLA they will provide new mobile if available in market (or) gift card provided by them. But this completely false. My SLA was crossed and after that no update from them. when i am calling them they are saying spare part is not available and they informed like they cannot provide SLA for coolpad. They should provide this information while buying the insurance for the mobile.

                                          I have send my mobile (Xiaomi mi3 16GB) for service in onsitego with order id : 111596 on 31.12.2016. The fault was one line in display and not taking Sim. After 2 weeks, i got a call from onsite customer care saying that the mobile's Display and motherboard has problem and should be changed.. Total cost is 13500. The cost of the mobile in the bill was 8000 and remaining amount 5500 should pay by me. The funny thing is the mobile production has stopped by Xiaomi at the price of 10000. I have purchased the mobile from Quikrx unboxed for 8000 with 6month onsite warranty.. The onsite warranty is advertising only 200rs will be charged during onsite warranty period. This is a great cheating from onsite by saying the high cost of the service to loot customers cash. So please do necessary steps to do my mobile phone service for free of cost from onsite. Thanks.

                                          I have purchased 2 years Onsitego extended warranty pack from Amazon (along with the new LG TV) and trying to register this pack from last 4 days. Called Onsitego customer care and there is no proper response from them.

                                          I am wondering for registration itself they are taking hell lot of time, if we get any issue with the product then what is the scenario? Really Worrying.

                                          Really pathetic service - No related response from their customer service - completely disconnected responses. Struggling to get my phone repaired. They should be delisted from all partner websites.

                                          Worthless service and waste of time. They damage the device even further and send it back without repair. They make the device useless.

                                          It's been 3 weeks since I bought the Spills and Damages pack for One year . The certificate in ther email they keep sending never opens . The link doesn't work. I'm unable to complete even the Registration process even after 3 weeks.
                                          The website says I should have recieved a welcome kit with ID number and 6 Digit pin number ...which I still have not .
                                          The customer chat they provide dose not even LOG THE chat . So each time u have to speak to. Different person and narrate the story.
                                          Now I'm seriously considering refunding this . How can a company facilitate any service when they are unable to manage a basic registration process.
                                          I'm not sure ONSITEGO is the right place for any service . It's very easy to make someone buy your Product but i[censored] aren't gonna provide anything then you're fooling people.
