WARNING [BIG RED FLAG} Their policy is total scam
They don't provide warranty, they provide repair service upto max price of your appliances.
For example:
product price is 500
1st repair - This is absolutely hidden to the customer. Suppose a part change costed 300 rs. They will deduct 300 from 500, remaining 200 is your eligibility for next repair
2nd repair, Max they can fix is remaining 200. If your repair cost is more than 200, then they will give you a coupon of 200 to buy a new one, The rest amount you need to pay.
In any extended warranty, this never happens, Company will repair and replace in that duration without any extra charge
I was never told about the repair cost in my first service. Now in the 2nd repair, your agent is saying the printer is not repairable and they will deduct the 1st service repair cost form the printer MRP price and will give the remaining amount as a gift voucher for me to purchase a new printer.
This is a big loss to the customer and seems unethical to me. An extended warranty purchased by the customer means during the warranty period you will be take care of the printer.
But not like this where your repair's caps limit is total printer price.
If i would have taken the warranty from the manufacturer itself ( HP ) itself, i wouldn't have to bear this extra cost. I feel like you are cheating with customer by not telling them what are the caveats in your policy. Mostly the Sales representatives.
The technician took my printer and the attached ink as well.
I want my cartridges back please.

Extended warranty of Samsung Semi automatic washing machine
A forced client of your extended warranty for my Samsung semi automatic machine. The Samsung dealer and your partner, Vijay Sales, New Delhi 110024 sold me an extended warranty for Samsung semi automatic machine for 2 years under the tag line that the warranty is owned by Samsung India. Onsitego service team has been giving me nightmares along with Samsung India. No one takes responsibility of the extended warranty. I have to face threat and harassment by Samsung India engineers. No one takes this into accountability. BUT onsitego and Samsung India both are united in harassment and disrespect.
Onsitego had approached Samsung India during June 2022 for help in resolution of my product. But apparently, Samsung India engineer's came not to give resolution but to harass me. Rather than approaching the local police for help, I registered complaint for behaviourial issues with both Onsitego and Samsung India. But of no use.
Apparently, my product has again been giving me problems since July 9th and I have been registering complaints with Onsitego. Now onsitego has been forwarding all my complaints to Samsung India seeking help for resolution. But since my last month's complaint resolved only after reaching the Samsung Escalation team (though there has been no communication received from your team). Onsitego escalation team just sleeps over false commitments and don't bother to act or update the client. Because the complaints are registered with Onsitego escalation in the past for a resolution, Onsitego team has stopped giving any support. This is a regular feature with Onsitego and their team for no resolution. Each complaint gets closed and one to reach escalation team and again it's closed.
Now my product again has problems. I had registered a complaint with Onsitego. Onsitego has again forwarded my complaint to Samsung India for smooth resolution. Since my last complaint went thru escalation team, Samsung India have closed 4 complaints for this particular issue under the tag " No issues found and no service needed". Seems like your Engineer's are harassing me and carrying a war against me for raising my voice for bad services and harassment. Your Samsung India Engineers are a threat to me and hence all Samsung India team is supporting the gangsters.
I request for a resolution. I would be happy to take this up on the legal front with the Consumer Court and claim for the cost of the product, damages your product has caused me, all my time and resources, all the legal expenses and challenges, your team's harassment and threat.

Warranty Service is a scam
The warranty service seems scam.
My experience and complaint below
Onsite service team reported that AC had gas leak. Gas team came next day and apparently did the fix and filled gas. This was paid and 90 day warranty was promised.
Gas leaked again a month after. This time again, fix was done and gas refilled.
Now the gas has leaked again, just slightly more than 90 days after the first visit, and I am being asked to pay up. I was told that the warranty is from the latest gas leak and not the first one, seriously, in business, the warrant says that the fix is done and it shouldn't cause any problem for next 90 days.
But now the customer care team is making conflicting statement, they are asking for payment.
Its not the customer problem that the "engineers" coming to fix and refill are not able to fix the leak. They just refill and leave making it someone's else's problem.
If this keeps on happening, I will have to pay the gas leak amount every 90 days, because the Onsite team is not capable of fixing the leak.

SR No.[protected] april your engg. diagnosed my a/c and told me only gas problema and your coil is in very good condition and the next day your engg. again come and fill gas in our a/c after 10 day colling problem i ' m again complete your CS via call and next day agin your engg. coming and diagnosed my a/c and told a/c good working now gew day ago i m facing same problem and tomorrow your engg come and told me a/c is good working problem only low pressure showing 100 / per per company 120 or 130 so he told me gas charging team come and top up gas
today your team come and by accidentally he damage my front coil due to repairing time after 1 our he told us your cooling coil damage and we cant repair Better your purchase new cooling coil
please tell me why i m why i m purchase cooling coil your engg damage my coil and as per policy if doing any work in ac and acidendly u damage my da/c you are repair free of cost under insurance or your policy i m requests to you please solve my problem urgent basis

Two nos. Hitachi Split ACs Jet Cleaned by Abhishek of ONSITEGO on 19th of March.
Both the ACs are not cooling AT ALL after the Jet servicing done by your company.
No respect for customers. Worst Fraud company.
The report of your person as attached shows that both the ACs did not have any problems before he serviced them & the Gas was also proper & they were working fine.
I have given multiple complaints in the past 25 days to get my ACs back in working condition, but they have been fully ignored.
If immediate action is not taken to get the ACs working again IMMEDIATELY, we will need to file a complaint in the Consumer Court regarding the deficiency in service & no regard for customer complaint or suffering.

My name is Niranjan Thakkar and I have also passed out from St.Xavier's College Kolkata and in that sense we are from the same college . Recently I had a very bad experience with your company as I met with one of your staff members in our society Lotus Panache Noida . His name is Yesvir Onkar Singh (m). no is [protected] and he requested me for AC installation . I agreed since I have seen TV Ads in the IPL also .
I agreed to pay Installation charges and Gas refill if required and agreed to pay Rs.3148/- for the same . Next day Engineer came and his name is Santosh (m) no [protected] checked and told me that the copper coil is to be changed and I have to pay Rs.7000/- extra for the same . I also relied on his word and paid Rs.10000/- to your company and told him to give my old copper coil back .. He agreed and took back my copper coil but in spite of several requests after 10 days he returned a copper coil which was not mine as I have signed on copper coil for authenticity and it is only a part of copper coil .Now both BDM and santosh is not picking my call and myservice request was not answered till now .
I feel I have been cheated by a reputable company like yours and I do not have any other option other than to complain to consumer court and to highlight the issue on twitter also ..
If you can help in this matter it will be a great help .Thanks in advance .

Dishonoring extended warranty for DELL Laptop
I purchased 2 year extended warranty for my Dell Laptop purchased at Croma tambaram.
However when i purchased it was told if there is any issue with laptop and not caused by physical damage it can be replaced or serviced for free.
But when the service person saw some crack near the laptop USB port and mentioned they wont take it because of physical damage and want to pay if it needs to be fixed.
When i reached Customer care representative he said the same and says that when the technician opens the laptop to fix the keyboard issue the damage on the other side will become worse so he wants to pay for the service.
I see this is an complete scam. If you buy an laptop and use it for around 3 years i hope there might be some cracks on the edges. But because of this they reject the service request. And i have paid around 6000 for the extended warranty.

Also mentioned in report '2 AC Now is Working Good' which shows there was no problem in AC.
He has left the valve open and all gas has leaked out & the cooling of the AC is now ZERO.
As per report, both AC were OK, so now it is fully your Responsibility.

Service not provided after charge the Insurance Value

I purchased a device I-Phone 13 Mini and took screen protection from Onsite Go on the 2nd of Nov, 2021.During the purchase it was assured by their representative that hassle free services will be provided from a nearby authorised service center which is located at Udaipur.
On dated 07th Feb, 2022 my I-Phone met with accident and screen was broken i requested on their dealer they registered my complaint with onsite go call center wide complaint ID[protected].During the registration is requested that my i-phone should be repair from Udaipur I-Phone authorised service center.
After the registration i got a mail from Onsite go for the co-payment which was INR 2195.
I had paid the same and my device is pick-up by an onsite go representative.
Now today i got a call from the call center that my device should go to Jaipur for repair which was not supposed to be for me. I updated to call center that its committed by their team and call center that my device will be repair from Nearby service center then why i forced to send device to jaipur.
It is really a fake service which is not expected from Onsite Go.
Its request to all of you please do the needful and repair my device urgently from Udaipur Service center.

I had raised a request for repair of my kent some 14 days prior. As I am a working professional, I had given some date on Sunday for repair. The technician did not turn up. Next day I had boarded the flight. I was not in town. Today as I m back, I want the repair to be done today as there is no drinking water in the house.

Worst service, unskilled technicians

It was a worst experience with onsitego.
They are having worst customer care service, and unskilled technicians, they don't know anything about service,
My AC was having less cooling and they visited the solve the problem but instead damaged my AC, now it is not working, and fun part is that the technician says we do service like this only.
And I am not getting any response from customer care.
They are saying that Engineer will visit but no one visited in last 2 days.
Don't ever buy onsite warranty.
They are having worst customer care service, and unskilled technicians, they don't know anything about service,

Water Purifier service from onsitego
Very weird and no integrity of the commitment to serve customers. We bought Waterpurifier from croma and bought extended warranty from onsitego. From past 3 months we have been following up with them to send an agent for filter change but they are only extending dates. Giving false commitments.. such a joke this company is...

Godrej AC
I have extended warranty on my Godrej split AC which was bought from Vijay Sales Vashi.
Onsitego repaired the AC in Oct2020 and it developed the same issue again in March2021. They have taken the unit on 18th March 2021 and have been delaying the delivery of repaired unit since then. Its been more than 21 days that the answer and update remains the same putting us in difficulty to live without AC.

Oppo reno 2z onsitego is harrassing and doing fraud in the name of extended warranty plans

I have bought a phone from chroma and bought a extended warranty plan
After 1 year my phone is facing problems with the back camera when making videos all videos are hanging for which we have given the phone for a similar complaint 5 times but even after giving the phone 5 times for a same complaint they cheated us by saying that they have done a quality check properly but every time the phone came up again with the same issue and now when we are asking for replacement or making a voucher for what they say they are doing they are now straight away telling us that you have to go to the service centre yourself for the repair and we are not going to replace or give voucher because that doesnt come under our criteria and also when you try to reach them so many different employees will talk to you and you will end up getting cheated and because you cant do anything about it you get cheated at the end, but such companies will continue to cheat you if we will not get enough knowledge about thier working system, its better to take any warranty from these companies who are cheating customers and not for making any honest statement by showing their courage in dispensing honest and sincere services for their customers who are under genuine faith buy their plans and think that now thier product is safe in future .
Its better to sue them in consumer court.

Deficiency of service and dishonoring extended warranty because of some silly reason

I had purchased an LG 43 inches LED TV and along with it bought an extended warranty from Onsitego for 4 more years (1+4 years). In the 3rd year, my LED panel got spoilt and started flickering and changed color. It was changed by the LG service center thru onsitego after a month. But within 2 days the same problem arose again. After complaining the second time and after another month the TV was carried to their service center in a bed sheet borrowed from me. And delivered back after 3 days.
Within 20 days the same problem arose again. This time when I complained again, the LG engineers had a trick up their sleeve. They immediately pointed out a small bent in the plastic frame of the TV and claimed there was PHYSICAL DAMAGE done to the TV. A tiny bent which a common person would not even bother of but this was their BIG reason to make my warranty null and void. Highly magnified Photos were clicked and my repair claim was rejected (which was for the fauly LED panel and not the plastic frame). When I clicked photos of the same so-called damage, my photos were not convincing to Onsitego because the damage were not visible to them as my angle of photography was different. How serious can a PHYSICAL DAMAGE which makes my warranty null and void, be if it is visible only at an angle and not another. And if minor Physical damages are suich big issues why are precautions not taken by LG engineers or transporters?

Kent ro water purifier
I have purchase kent RO water purifier with 2 year extended warranty for Rs 18924 dated 15/08/2019 from croma store in ROYAL Meenakshi mall Bangalore. My water purifier is not working more than 1 month the first request i raised on 30/10/2020 for repair till today 29/11/2020 it not repaid . every time i am calling them than they are telling we will escalate the issues .Their engineer is also calling but never coming for repair. it is like metal harassments for me calling there customer care for service of water purifier . every they are having some other excuse not doing work. last one month i am purchasing water bottle from outside and drinking in covid time and putting my health at risk. purchase and getting service is a metal harassments for me

TV Not Serviced Even After Two Months
I've been trying to get my TV repaired since the 3rd of September but it still hasn't been done. They sent three technicians and said that it'll be done in a few days. Eventually they told me that they'll replace the TV and give me a new warranty as well. I have emails proving this. They even sent me an email telling me that the TV is on its way and they'll send a technician to install it. Suddenly they change their stance and tell me they're not replacing it but giving me a voucher instead. How is this customer service if they can't even fix something they said they'll do two months ago? I have all the communication on email but they've stopped replying to me there and only call now so there's no additional evidence.

Repairs for a room cooler under extended warranty

From last 3 days we have been receiving messages that the service technician has been trying to call us but we haven't received a since call or message. Today received message that the service technician will come between 2-6pm. He lands up at my place at 8:30pm is this the timing to come to someone's place during dinner time and when we are almost trying to retire for the day. The person is still at our place repairing it's past 9 now. Is this what service is? What was he doing the whole day.

This company is a con company they repaired my device for screen replacement under warranty made fault in the device and the second time when I handover the device again they made my phone camera dysfunctional and now it's the third time i had given the phone to them and they are saying that the main pcb is faulty and it's been a month i am trying there no. And every time they have New story to tell.
I am sure they are not experienced enough to get the things repair now I am unable to hear anything from there side as there no. Are not working.
I want my phone in a working condition as I told to them as well, I bought the phone in the month of March and since last three month the phone is with them only and I am not getting any satisfactory answer.
I decided that I am not going to buy any protection plan in future from the con company onsitego.
I will request that whoever reading the page don't buy anything from this con company.
This is just a small post i am writing i will take them to the consumer court and to other grievance cell a swap where the have to pay for this kind of harassment.

I purchased tv through tatacliq with brandname cloudwalkerwhile purchase tatacliq expressed 2 year extended waranty after 1 year manufacturer waranty the purchase was during may 2018 subsequently tatacliq sent me letter asking to effct energige a link during july i have not done .Subsequently during feb20 tv went out of order when i approached tatacliq they told onsitego is not in their backup when i contacted during may20 they wanted the invoice and mension of onsitego extended waranty i subbitted after 3 months today they write to contact tatacliq in this regard.Is it not the moral and legal responsibility to honour onsetgo commitment as the tv purchased in 2018

ro repair (no update plus no visit from past 7 days)

First of all the device was repaired in last week of june after which the problem occured. The water was not getting filtered properly, it was not of good quality with smell and there was dirt inside the device. We called at the customer care number on[protected] complaining about the same and were guided by the customer care agent to get it self repaired after which the amount for the service would be reimbursed. The technician from kent company claimed that the products (Filter tubes) of the device has been replaced by fake ones in the last service that was done in the month of june by the onsitego technician. After all this we again filed a complaint with onsitego customer care on the same day about the same problem reciting them with the whole story of the fake filter tubes and a missing filter tube and were supposed to get the repairing done within 3-5 business days. But it has been total of 7 days without any updation regarding the same and with no visit by anyone for the repairing of the device. We had called the customer care on[protected], when we were told that the complaint will be escalated and wiil be investigated upon and this took place after our call and after 5 working days from our date of complaint and still till today i. E[protected] there is no update regarding it neither any visit by the technician. Even today after calling the customer care we were told the same thing that the complaint is escalated and will take time.

Extremely poor and slow service
Extremely poor and slow service, they picked up my device 15 days late (29 june) and it has been 20 days since. What repair service takes one month? They will now dispatch it after a month (30 july) and then it will probably take 10 months to reach me. They don't even let you know an estimate time when you write for repairs so that you know whether to give your device or not. I wrote them continuously to speed up the repairs and they said the best they could do is this. I month to repair a broken back screen. I would never recommend to use onsitego. Its a total waste of money. Extremely disappointed. I just want my device back now.

This is certainly not the experience we want you to have. However, as informed by our Escalations team the AC was serviced, as requested by you. As far as gas recharge is concerned, it can be done at an additional cost. We have also offered you a discount of Rs 999 on gas recharge. We can certainly fix the issue on chargeable basis.

Two nos. Hitachi Split ACs Jet Cleaned by Abhishek on 19th of March.
Both the ACs are not cooling AT ALL after the Jet servicing done by your company.
The report of your person as attached shows that both the ACs did not have any problems before he serviced them & the Gas was also proper & they were working fine.
I have given multiple complaints in the past 25 days to get my ACs back in working condition, but they have been fully ignored.
If immediate action is not taken to get the ACs working again IMMEDIATELY, we will need to file a complaint in the Consumer Court regarding the deficiency in service & no regard for customer complaint or suffering.
Kindly send your SENIOR technician to get this problem sorted out immediately once and for all.
