### AMC provider ever seen…i selected a weekend slot for the water filter maintenance and since then all i have been receiving are texts and calls about Engineer changes and asking me what is the issue…i was not aware selecting a weekend for service visit was an issue…god help those who have taken this cover...

It was a worst experience with onsitego.
They are having worst customer care service, and unskilled technicians, they don't know anything about service,
My AC was having less cooling and they visited the solve the problem but instead damaged my AC, now it is not working, and fun part is that the technician says we do service like this only.
And I am not getting any response from customer care.

Very weird and no integrity of the commitment to serve customers. We bought Waterpurifier from croma and bought extended warranty from onsitego. Onsitego repaired the AC in Oct2020 and it developed the same issue again in March2021. They have taken the unit on 18th March 2021 and have been delaying the delivery of repaired unit since then. Its been more than 21 days that the answer and update remains the same putting us in difficulty to live without AC....

I raised an issue on 22nd June for my AC not cooling. Technician visited twice and finally concluded main PCB is faulty. Yet to this date I don't have an estimate as to when my AC will be fixed. Also to make matters worse they have created 3 different service tickets with incorrect dates. This allows them to say the request was raised on a later date.

Very bad experience. I recommend not to use OnsiteGo ever....

I have never seen such pathetic service like onsitego. This is my 20th time i have reached out onsitego to refund my self service amount if rs 1350.

It was approved and was asked to be settled by nov 4th, but the assurance is fake, keep telling 24-48 hours.

I am going to report this to amazon from where i purchased the warranty

I had the worst experience of customer services with onsitego. They took my mobile for repair which was in warranty period and kept it for almost 2 months. I had to call them almost everyday after a month passed and every time they just gave silly excuses for why it was taking so long. They have wasted a lot of my time.
