Open2Kart.com — Neither delivered ordered item nor refunding order money

I have ordered shoes of rs.1700/- on 6th dec-2016 vide order no.[protected] at www.open2kart.com website and made payment of rs.1700 through payumoney. But till date they have neither send ordered product nor refunded money. I am trying to contact them but they are not taking calls. I have also writen e-mails but they are not replying.
Please help me to get my money back from open2kart.com.

Updated by dinesh.ud Open2kart customer support has called me and told that they are unable to deliver the ordered product because item is out of stock. They told that my money will be refunded in payumoney wallet within 3 days but today is the 6th day after their call was received on 28/12/2016, still money is not refunded in the payumoney wallet as they assured over phone.
