Orient Electric India — Ceiling fans 6 nos purchased online not performing

I am a senior citizen . I puchased 6nos of ceiling fans from orient electric through Amazone. After fitting i found that these are not performing. I registerd a complaint trough theirv Toll free number as well as Watsapp number. Mr Anoop from Trivandrum, Kazhakoottam visited and understood the problem. however he says since I purchased through online I am not eligible for replacement though I am having their Warranty cards. I contacted their service head Mr Premkumar located at Ernakulam and discussed. He informed that he would take up the matter. However so far nobody has contacted me for solving this issue. I have been calling, registering complaints since 7th of october 24. Now neither Mr Anoop nor Mr Premkumar attend my calls. Also company not replying to my watapp complaints. Kindly take up the matter with company and help me to solve this issue. Yours faithfully Dr PN Prasad
