[Resolved]  Orient Electric India — unresolved service issue with ola s1 x plus scooter (rj 13 ps 8651) over 2 months without update

I am writing to formally complain about the unresolved service issue related to my father’s Ola S1 X Plus electric scooter having registration No. RJ-13-PS-8651. The scooter, purchased on 31st March 2024 and having run 3883 km since purchase, was taken to the Ola Electric Service Center in Amritsar on 21st July 2025 due to the issue of continuous rebooting when unlocking. Since then, despite more than two months passing, there has been no update or communication from the service center regarding the status of repairs.

I have contacted Ola Electric customer care twice, but the responses have been unsatisfactory, with no clear timeline or resolution provided. This lack of communication and delay is causing significant inconvenience and loss o[censored]se of the vehicle.
