I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue with my OLA Electric scooter, which I purchased on 03-2024. The scooter has been functioning well until recently when it failed to start despite multiple attempts.

Problem Description:
The scooter does not start when the ignition button is pressed. I have checked the battery and other basic troubleshooting steps as per the user manual, but the issue persists. So I had called ola care and they informed me to send the vehicle to the respective service center. I handed over my scooter to Nagapattinam OLA service center on 25th November 2024. still no one is taking care of it.
