Ordered 4 no of Orient BLDC Tome pro topaz gold 1400 mm fans with 3 yrs warranty through Amazon.
Received the item in June and one of the fans installed stopped working. Numerous complaints to Amazon done and they redirected it to orient who further assigned the task to their local service centre which is highly unprofessional, rude and non committed in discharging their duties to resolve the problem. Either they won't take calls or pass on the buck or come up with lame excuses for the past 12 days on some protext or the other. Now they have been saying for last 8 days that the product is not available and order has been given to the company to procure the part that needs to be replaced (without any visit to the site so far)
