A deducting money message of rs 3000 has been arrived on my phonepe app. After detailing i found that my money has been sent to amazon and the person to whom money is credited is lakshmi bai lodhi (As on phonepe name) of contact no. Today I am trying to withdraw balance from balasore sambaya banks ATM at bhadrak . But I can't withdraw the balance but I deducted 1500 for that purposes .Due to urgency I go for withdraw at axis Bank eventually I withdraw 1500 but deducted amount 3000 . So I want my refund at my account
