Dear Sir,
I am Ray Sahab Maurya, i have an account in OBC in Thakral nagar (Bhopal) Branch and my account number is [protected].
I am continually requesting for closing my account since last 1 years. I had sent a mail to home brach in written for closing my account and also had teliphonic conversation but my account is still in operation. i have done compliant here also but My complaint is being closed without consulting me. how irresponsible you people are?
you people need time of more than 1 year to close an account?
is it your customer service?

its really very pathetic customer service.
Please close my account as soon as possible and do confirm me once it is done.
