I ordered Campus shoes on 23rd November because of something amazon initiated my refund on 30th November and provide me the information that I'll get my refund in 7 days in my original payment, I made the payment through phonepay UPI of Oriental Bank Commerce bank Account, my amazon order id is[protected] . When I contacted amazon on 7th December and told them I didn't get my refund they provided me the refund reference number[protected] and told me to contact bank, when I do so they told me that amazon not initiated the refund, but actually amazon did. I want money back.
I'm attaching the screenshots of words from amazon and my order reciept. I still didn't get my money.
