Oriental Bank Of Commerce — excess/wrong service charge

Sir,
I had applied for a rupay card on 25/09/2017 which is non-chargeable, but i was given wrong card (Visa card) for which rs 178 and rs 118 were deducted from my obc savings account on 28/09/2017 and 20/10/2017 respectively. I brought this issue with the concerned officer but he is not rectifying the issue.
Kindly look into my complaint.

In the large interest of the public I would like to share that the bank is doing insurance with huge premiums and debiting the same to customer a/c without consulting the customer in connivance with insurance companies. For example the one General insurance co. is offering Rs.500/- and bank is doing the same for Rs.8500/-. What is this.
