Oriental Bank Of Commerce — regarding slow process of bank staff

This is to inform that I had requested for Education Loan from Oriental Bank of Commerce from Hyderabad Madhapur Branch to pursue an Executive course at the Indian School of Business Hyderabad.
Since the course is part-time, according to OBC I had to open a savings account at the nearest OBC branch. As I am a working professional and resident of Bangalore, I opened my savings account at Oriental Bank of Commerce, CMH Road, Indiranagar Bangalore Branch.
The account has been opened and my loan is sanctioned from Hyderabad Branch, but as per Hyderabad Branch, there is still some documentation pending from Bangalore Branch.
There is no proper communication from Bangalore Branch of OBC on what process is pending and what documents do they need. Also, they are not picking up calls whenever I am trying to reach them nor they are calling me for any issue. I had tried the Branch Manager's number and Bank's landline number as well.
Because of all this chaos, I am already running late for the payment of course fees at the Indian School of Business. Such slowness might lead to dismissal of my name from the course. Please check.
