Oriental Insurance Company — Bike missing since December 2015 & still I've not got the insurance money.

My Bike whose registration number is BR-01BE-5531 has been thieved on 26th December 2015. I filed a complaint related to it in the nearest police station with the Case number - 869/15 on the very same day. It has now been 16 months, since that incident took place, and I've still not got my insurance money. Your office staff says that it's not their responsibility to help me for the same and when I go to police station, where I filed my complaint, they say it's not the right time to do such works. Please help me out as I've been a loyal insurance consumer of Oriental, but in the return I'm getting such horrible & stressful outcomes.
