Oriental Insurance Company — delay in submit the claim | |||
My claim was pending last 60 days with you. As per oriental insurance reply the dub decision will be taken by tpa not insurance company but as per your statement was difference. Kindly resolve the issue asap and clear my claim. My claim amount was rs. 4037/- only but every the premium i was paid rs 15, 000/-. Kindly consider customer view also for customer services.
