Oriental Insurance Company — Insurance claim - non-receipt of payment made to the repair workshop. | |||||
Ref: Car Registration No. DL 03C BW 2469, Volkswagen 1.2 Polo, Petrol Policy No.271701/31/2015/6319, period 18.03.2015 to 17.03.2016 I would like to draw your kind attention regarding non-receipt of amount paid by the customer on repairing of insured vehicle (car). In this connection, kindly note down the following:- i. Full & final payment has been paid by the customer on repairing i.e. Rs.33, 770.00 dated 17.12.2015 to M/s Atrica Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Noida. ii. All the documents related to insurance claim have already been submitted to The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. (OICL), Jhandewalan Extn., New Delhi on 19.12.2015. As demanded on 24.12.15 over phone, the additional documents through e-mail had been sent for expeditious release of payment. Despite of fulfilled all formalities, customer payment is still held-up by The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. (OICL). iii. We have frequently follow-up with Mr. Dharmender, Dev. Officer, Mr. VK Jain, Inspection Officer and Mr. Anshu Garg, Agent for release of payment by the Insurance Company, but, nothing has happened in 15 days. It is a matter of grave concern, if, Insurance Company has not release payment of customer despite of complete all formalities. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Insurance Company particularly PSUs must look into the customer issues and resolve in a positive manner. Delay, if any, in case of customer payment must be curtailed bare to the minimum.
