I am existing customer of Oriental Insurance since last 7 years. I am writing this email to show that I tried to renew my Oriental policy online via your website http://www.orientalinsurance.org.in/, payment was deducted and charged on my credit card but my policy is not yet renewed. My online UserId for your site is: [protected]@gmail.com Below are my policy details: Policy 1: 143900/48/2015/10696 Insured Code: 33816187 Insured Name: Sanghani Paras Deepak Policy 2:143900/48/2015/10697 Insured Code: 33815913 Insured Name: Sanghani Deepakbhai Bhanulal I have charged for renewal of both of above policies but no email confirmation of policy renewal is given. I have been charged 349.0 INR/- for Policy 1 and 9529 INR/- for policy 2. Very poor and pathetic company.
