Oriental Insurance Company — Poor customer care | |||
Hello sir.. My name is febin. I have been a two wheeler as well as four wheeler policy holder of Oriental for more than 3 years. ( issue offce - CBO ll Ernakulam, jewel arcade, layam road, ernakulam, Policy numbrr - 440102/31/2017/908) Yesterday, i approached Ernakulam branch office for renewal my policy at 4.45 pm. As per information, i ubderstsnd that, office will work till 5.45. But, they refused to accept my cash. They said, office will work till 4 pm. My point is, then why they showed and misled customer? I was in oriental office.. Had seen that a notice that, " please provide phone number and email id of customer. As per that notice, I requested them to add my details to their system. Their reply was shocked me. They said, they can't add right now. They only can add next time. I don't know what is the problem they have.. Being s customer, I am interested to add my details to my account. But, they are not at all helped me to add my information. And, directly denied my request. This kind of attitude never be give customers to Orie ntal. I have a very good impression about the company. But, this action made me very disappointed. I requested you to take correct action against them. And also, please provide me a chance to add my phone number and email id to my account. Yours sincerely G.Febin.K.
