My father sh. Dharm Pal sharma has a mediclaim policy through PNB from oriental insurance with Mediassist Noida as a TPA. MA-ID no. is [protected] & claim no.10932349 . Medi assist denied the claim due to diabetes as a pre exsiting disease. But polcy manual says the diabetes will be covered after two years. Date of inception of policy is 18/01/2013. date of admission in hospital is 23/02/2015. So, claim of hospitalisation should be covered after two years. . But Mediassist, Noida denied the case. all original documents with bills& reports are submitted to Mediassist, Noida.Policy no. 233300/48/2013/3073.
