Hi sir, I tried to renew my health insurance policy through oriental online official website the policy failed to renew but the amout got deducted from my account. Policy details. 431602/48/2016/433 - tried to renew on 5th may 2016 through card 13812 amount deducted. I called to oriental tool free number they asked to send an email but no use they didnt replied. Again i tried to renew on 7th may due to my policy expiry on 8th may. This time it got success. First time it fails the amount 13812 got deducted please refund my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
