I bought an oriflame product named 'Oriflame Milk & Honey Gold Nourishing Hand & Body Cream e 250g 8.3oz.' from a shop of oriflame located in Nehru Colony, Dehradun. The cost written on the product is Rs. 359, whereas I was asked to pay Rs. 540 for the same product. When, today, I saw the product carefully, I came to know about it's printed price of Rs. 359. When, I made call to the shopkeeper, she said that the price printed on the product was wrong and it's price is Rs. 540. Kindly please tell us the exact cost of the above said product. Also, please check all the 4 customer care numbers mentioned on your website as when we call on them, they say that they are not from Oriflame Customer Care. The numbers in doubt are[protected],[protected],[protected] and +[protected].

We don’t sell our products on any stores. One can buy products only through our consultants. Lot of people sell our products incorrectly through stores or online websites which is an unethical practice. The original price of Milk & Honey Gold Nourishing Hand & Body Cream is INR 599.

Oriflame — during the course of payment amount has been deducted from my bank account but no order confirmation is recieved.

i did not recieve my payment from 3 month. they said that they have send it out but i did not recieve till now however i had call them too many times but no proper response had been recieved. very poor service of oriflame.

    I had placed an order of Orilfame products (11 products) on 02/10/2015 and advance payment was done.She delivered all product to me.but I am completely dissatisfied with few items.After using this products my skin looks very dull and dry & whole face cover by red rushes with Ichiting problem. Whenever I call her, she either doesn't answer my call or if she answers the call, she says that please continue use all products.. what can i do now?

      Dear Oriflame, I am a regular buyer of oriflame products like BB cream, lipstick, Veryme, Wheat shampoo and conditioner. I went to my dealer on 17th night 7:00 PM to order few cosmetic. When I placed all my cosmetic order, I saw this perfume: POSSESS, Possess Eau de Parfum which was for Rs. 3000. I ordered it. But on Friday morning 8:00 AM, i called her up and said I want all other products but this perfume is very expensive. She said she has placed the order. I asked her to return but she started shouting on me, that it will be her loss and crying in front of her neighbors. I am from reputed family so I brought it home, but I am feeling cheated because of oriflame as she said oriflame never takes back order once placed. She said she was also not aware of this terms and conditions. Please sort out this issue. My consultant has refused to give me her ID. My local branch is Oriflame India Pvt. Ltd.   Address: SR-23 2nd Floor, Star India Bazar, Abhishree Complex, Satellite Rd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380015 Also she said if she cancels all the order she has to pay 500 penalty so for me she will not bear a loss of 500 Rs. I still have the perfume. This incident is just a week old. If this time the case is not solves I don't get my money back, I regret to say I will not use Oriflame products and advice my family members to stop using it as I am badly cheated.       She refuses to give me her ID. But I have problem with your terms and conditions. Why we have to cancel complete order if we just don't want one product?

      I stay in Ahmedabad and she gets product from this address: R-23 2nd Floor, Star India Bazar, Abhishree Complex, Satellite Rd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380015.

      She bought this perfume POSSESS, Possess Eau de Parfum on 18th Oct morning, 10:30 -11:00 Am as she called me that time saying that she has purchased my product. You will have to help.

        I made an order for Rs.1434 on may30 2015, transaction was processed, money has been debited from the account, but next the company said the process was failiure and it didn't enter in to the portal gate.the next day i enquired about the transaction my senior consultant, she said website crashed, they will clear it, and deposit the money, still now i did'nt get it!(2/9/2015), every time i enquire to the head office, they don't respond to the call, or pick up the call, i then reg a complaint on the oriflame web, they ask for the transaction id, date, bank acc, every details produced is waste, they don't reply after it! This huge company could'nt handle the accounts properly, or they or mishandling the money!? Neither i did'nt get my product or my money back!! A big fraud!!

          Dear Manager Sales I have bought new Skoda Octavia on5th Aug'15 and facing the issue of moisture in my front windscreen during rain and even after applying the wiper and keeping the A/C on at 24 degree temperature, moisture is not removing from the windscreen for 5 to minutes and some time even longer which is really making it difficult to drive the car specially in heavy traffic condition. I have opted for Octavia for its high end quality but now Iam very much disappointed as your service engineer mentioned to me that this issue will remain in all car. I have been driving Toyotta Altis for last ten years but never faced this problem and this time I have switched to Skoda car and I am not satisfied. I am not willing to drive your car with risk.             I purchased some products( nail paint, lipstick, clutch and deodorant) from Oriflame recently, but I am completely dissatisfied with all of them. - The nail-paint I received was leaked - I am not very happy with the clutch material and its size - I did not like the smell of the deodorant. I tried a lot to return the products, but the Consultant is not willing for the same. The consultant says that only deo and nail paint could be exchanged but no refund would be provided for any of the items purchased.

              i am a consultant with oriflame with consultant no. 5587386. i bought possess jewellery on 16th of june but wanted to get it returned. so, reached their canaught place office for the same on 4th of july. but the reaction i got was horrible. the company says they give 100% consumer satisfaction guarantee and any product can be replaced or returned within 30 days of billing. but when i asked them to return the product, they denied saying that the delhi branch has got the most returns which is three times more then that of other branches. so, they will not entertain such complaint. i tried talking to their senior. then some mr. rajesh responded the same way and i had to leave the place with more complaints. this is typically unethical. they dont attend their customers well. i am quiting.

                Ms. Deepika Ahuja (mob. no.[protected]) is an selling agent for Oriflame cosmetics. I had contacted her as I wanted to buy a perfume from her, & she agreed to deliver it in 3-4 days time after I transferred some advance to her bank A/C. So, I transferred INR 200 to her bank A/C no. [protected] at 04:51 PM on 31/03/2015. But it has been more than 1 month she has not delivered the perfume to me. Whenever I call her, she either doesn't answer my call or if she answers the call, she says that she is busy or is out of town. One time she came to deliver the perfume, but she said that she forgot to bring the perfume. And when I send her a sms she says she didnt receive my sms. And now when I confronted ehr using my other mobile no, she started shouting on me & abusing me and said that she won't return the money that went to her as advance. Please help me get my money back or the product from her.

                    I purchased one face wash of pure nature peach flavour. after using this my skin looks very dull and dry. After discontinued the product my skin became normal. I also purchased The One Mascara which is dried after opening it. I can't use it and returned it. I am so disappointed about these products.

                      I had placed an order of Orilfame products (6 products) on 15 January 2015 and advance payment was done. After that the product was delivered to Delhi Office from there after more than a month I received the parcel and from my parcel, a lipstick of Price approx 500 Rs. is missing. Now neither the consultant from Delhi or Mumbai through whom I became the member is ready to take the responsibility of this loss. Instead of this the lady is showing like all mistake is mine as I didn't consult her before placing the order. If always we to contact through call why you people have provided the Website and that website and content arrangement is so poor, no one can easily traverse through that website. Loss made to me should get wear by Oriflame.

                        Dear All, It is just to bring to your kind notice that "Human Being do Err" and those who admit is the one real super heroes. I became associated to Oriflame through a friend from Bhubaneswar, Orissa. I really liked the products and started using it . Soon i became a consultant and brought products for myself . I had ordered five items to which four were delivered . A mail was given to which the customer service from Bhubaneswar replied to mail the weight .The weight was also mailed to them .There was no response and no action taken . To my surprise my friend enquired to the office and was really shocked to hear that may be received the product and i was lying becuase they never do such mistake. The ivoice was prepared from computer and the weight comes automatically, isnt during packing one items was left, its human being anything can happen . This is really shocking to listen to such things from an reputed company whom we trust . I can buy the same product of Lotus 20 nos from market, why should i tell a lie . Keep the money and the product with you.

                          Hello. My name is Sneha and my membership id is 5861858. My complain is regarding the online payment Which happened during the ordering of the products from oriflame. I ordered products for an approx. amount of 1750. Which i later got to know that only the amount was deducted from my account and the order was not placed. So called the customer care service. On calling they told me that some problem has occured and I will be getting the money back soon. They mailed me one form and sent them all the required details so that they can process it. They again mailed me that they are processing the request and they need some senior permission to process the same . Then after 7 days i mailed them again regarding the same and they told me that they have couried (through Palande courier ref. no[protected]me the form/ reciept which i need to show to the bank and that i will get my money back. On 27th May 2014 they told me they have couried me the reciept/ form which till date i never received. I tried calling the palande couriers and the guy there took my mobile no and address and told someone will call but nobody turned up till date. Awaiting for your quik responce and immidiate action.                             I would like to inform u that I have placed the order and received a confirmation mail. However since I was not convinced at the order placed I decided to cancel order and corresponded with the consultant name Ms.Indira K mentioned on the catalogue for assistance. She said I cant cancel this order and confirmed that its cod and it will be delivered in a day or two. However when I called up yesterday she has communicated the same to me again. Today morning she gives me customer service number and asks me to talk to them since the order is cancelled and I need to pay a fine of 200 rupees.
                            I placed the order and I do not get an option to cancel however they can cancel it 2 days later and fine me for the same. This cancellation however was not informed to me.
                            If this is the kind of customer service being provided I shall want u to cancel my membership and return the money I paid for the same.

                            I would suggest that oriflame being an MNC company doesnt have the option of the usual services provided by other online shopping websites. and this kind of response only proves suspicion on the services being provided.

Again the order[protected] automatically selected Kolkata even if I did selct Bhubaneswar branch for Delivery. I do not want to cancel this order again. The Kolkata service point never pick up calls nor reply to emails. Bhubaneswar service centre cannot cancel this order as the system automatically put it in Kolkata jurisdiction. Now as a Consultant with the company we are in business with the company. So should I file a consumer complaint or a civil suit in the court

                                  Oriflame Cosmetics(India) not given any training & beside we became members of oriflame on reading data over its website. The company has expressed their condition for money back guaratee product, but beside that SPO Rajkot is not accepting the goods return as well as no any prescribed procedure is provided in writting for the same and says that please contact compnay directly. When we try to contact brach ie. Ahmedabad or delhi no body is picking up the phone. Please intimate the rules & regulation for return the goods if customer is not satisfied and want to return the goods within 30 days in intact position and marketable. Therefore, please intimate the proper solution to return the goods as it is in marketable condition and not used by customer.

                                    Hi! I am an Oriflame Consultant from past 2 years. I place my order through SPO Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh), and we receive the products from Kolkata Branch. Many times the products are either not sealed or broken. Have replaced it through SPO But recently I placed an individual order. I cleared the invoice online. When I received the courier it was perfectly packed, but when I opened it most of the products were missing. And there was nothing mentioned on the invoice as well. I complained to the Kolkata branch but they didnt help me and replied that the weight has matched according to them and no products are missing. It is really annoying and shameful that a company like Oriflame doesnt have a proper system, which could track the delivery of product. We pay in advance and expect the products and do not have any proof that we have not received all the products. I will be thankful to you if anyone can help me out on this..                                     I am a newly joined Oriflame Consultant and I have placed my first order in April but I have still not received it. Mine was also an Individual Prepaid Order which I have completed Online. My order zone is Ranchi. I have raised the issue with my upline in Delhi who told me the order was stuck somewhere and so the delay. She also mentioned that the order was released on[protected]. By any means Ranchi is just 3 hours from my city, which makes the delay even more unreasonable. I think ORIFLAME RANCHI is FRAUD.

                                    I also e-mailed at the Ranchi e-mail id given on the Contact Information list of IN.ORIFLAME.COM, which is ranchi.[protected]@oriflame.co.in and no bonus for guessing that it doesn't work. Now I don't know how and where to contact because I see no Customer Care Service of Oriflame India involved in between. It's better to join other direct selling beauty companies than ORIFLAME INDIA. SHAME on the Service. Such a bad structure they have.

                                      I bought a product from Oriflame from Mrs anu and Mrs vandana who came to near sector 40 gurgaon for facial workshop, i went there for facial first and then they tried to manipulate me to buy the memebership but i ended up with buing oen Deo of oriflame and i gave 100 rs advance to Mrs anu who is a dealer of oriflame.
                                      I recived call from Mrs vandana after a week that my product has been arived and i can collect it from sec 56 which is so far from place but anyways i went there and picked my product.Mrs vandana was doing workshop in sec 56 at that day as well.Mrs vandana (dealer or member) did not give me any recipt as well as she said that oriflame does not gives any reciept.
                                      Now when i reached my home and i checked the Deo it was leaking badly,
                                      I called Mrs anu and vandana and thet tried to convince me with the product and till now i have not recived the replacement as well as not a single call from them .Please help me
                                      the product costed my rs 175.
                                      May be Rs175 is not a big amount for any body but its a big amount for me and as well as they are doing fraud by supplying wrong /bad products to customers
                                      Oriflame does not have a good services for a customer convenience.
                                      Please help me.
