Subject: illegal construction of 2nd3rd floor & 4th floor in DDA Flats, Rohini New Delhi 110089.

Sir,
This is to inform that the illegal construction has been started on the 2nd,3rd. floor & 4th. floor in DDA Junta Flats, C-6.C-7 & C-8 Sector 15 Rohni New Delhi 110089 Actually this DDA Flats constructed only for single story flat (Ground &Fist Floor only). But the construction of 2nd.3rd.floor & 4th. floor has been started in April 2012, This is very risky and at any time it should be damaged and fail down on other building. The problem is the building stand as without piler which is danger position and work in under process for 2nd. 3rd & 4th. floor and we are not a safe position. So that kindly arrange to stop this work on priority basis for safe of public. If you are not take the action on priority basis then we are going for legal action with this mail. Due to said construction is also in violation of the building bye laws.
In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be used to stop the construction of 2nd 3rd & 4th floor.
