[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard Water Purifier — Fraud company and hopeless customer service

Hi this is deepak from belgaum karnataka i have to raise complaint against eureka forbes because i dont expect such a gesture from a big company like that.
The complaint is that i have bought their water purifying product named aquasure crystal but let me tell you first that this product is dealer model and not the company model and the store person also did not tell us about this and within a week there was a problem in their purifier and the water was having some bad smell which was unable to drink so first i gave complaint to the dealer and after so much arguing with their manager ,their top bosses the purifier got replaced with another product of the same name but the product which got replaced was a faulty one with the same old problem but this time i requested them to give the company model purifier instead of that dealer model because at that time i was feeling like being cheated by a big company like eureka forbes but they refused my request and instead they were trying to repair that faulty product only with lots of modifications being done and inspite of that the product was having fault only and i too dont want a faulty product like this i have not paid money so that i have a faulty product if they cant give me a new product they must refund my full amount immediately .

Water Purifier fold Model — Services of Water purifier

I took the two year service contract from the company (Puricom Water Pvt. Ltd.) for the maintenance of aquaguard (gold model) for Rs. 1900.My Invoice no is 3150. Through the repeated follow up with the company personnel for the past 4-5 months.They didn't send anyone for service. As per the current status. I am requesting them to either give me regular service or cancel the contract and return the contract money. But there is no favourable action from their side untill now.

I agree that there is a lot of mischief!! and it is deliberately misleading people with agressive sales tactics. I bought an Aquasure on of the most expensive models there is falling for its UV, IO and other features.
We have a lot of electronic and electric appliances that often run 24/7 that work hassle-free for years at-times decades, be it a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, television, blender, rice cooker etc...clearly the usage of about 10 litres(max/day) of water in no way compares to the round the clock availability of the other more complex heavy duty items. While the pricing is on par (or much more if compared to many items with more complex functions-eg: blender, television, computer), the functionality is ridden with mischievous money-making gimmicks (every year atleast 4000 to 5000 rupees worth of parts need to be replaced- if one year its the candles, the other year it is the motor plus candles)
Very very unhappy at these below the belt and underhand tactics of what one would think of as an engineering company manufacturing essential electronics. Basically few thousand rupees worth of plastic is palmed off with a filtration technology insert worth barely one year!! A 25 litre can costs Rs.40/- If we purchase 10 cans per month; we'd be spending Rs.5000/- per year as well!! so why do we have to invest greater than Rs.25, 000/- at the outset and still spend?? It is not making any sense at any level. This company has made a mockery of engineering as well ethical business...where if genuinely engineering fails replacement happens...whereas Eureka Forbes seems to be designing to make the equipment fail in order to keep soft steraling from people by making them actually buy a thing to get stolen annually. UNBELIEVABLE AND SICK SICK WAY OF DOING BUSINESS(especially if think they are dealing with something as essential as water in order to do this)
