Sir, I have subscribed for INDIA TODAY AT 20% OFF PLUS MOBILE PHONE WORTH RS.3800/- but I am sorry to say that I have not received my mobile (Free Gift) as offered by the company on subscribing for two years. But I am sorry ti say that till date i have not received the same inspite of the fact that every time I am being assured by officials of the company that it will reach you with in 5-6 days. My membership no is 46 ITE 1926807 CPS. Ist issue of ITE was received by me on 30.07.2012 now almost 5 months have passed till date I am expecting my free gift i.e I5 mobile phone. It is strange that such a renowned group is not taking care of its customers specially who are giving advance money for the timely receipt of magzines. Now through this mail, I request you to look into the matter and instruct the company for sending my mobile set as said in the scheme at the time of booking of magzine failing which I will have to move to consumer court. INDIA TODAY (English Edition) — Non-receipt of Free Gift
Sir, I opted for three year subscription of INDIA TODAY Magazine (English Edition) in the month of March, 2009 (Subscriptin no. ITE 1866705). A wristwatch was offered with the subscription but till date[protected] the article could not be dispatched by the said Company, the reason is best knows to them. Regarding this, not less than 20/25 mails have been sent to the company but without result. Even I contacted their customer Care service over phone[protected]/[protected] so many times as well as taken docket nos. from them on different times regarding my complaints [Case ID Nos. 2481034,[protected]]. For last few weeks even they do not reply of my mails to them about the status of my article. Kindly suggest me as to what should I do from Kokrajhar, Assam. I subscribed for India Today weekly magazine for one year through net banking on the web site of INDIA TODAY Magazine by making a payment of Rs 1300/-(Rupees Thirteen Hundred Only) from myICICI Bank Account on 27th Sept,2010. Since then I have not received even a single issue of INDIA TODAY despite my repeated complaints to the Customer care service.
I have sent numerous E Mails to the customer care service at
[protected]@intoday.com with copies to [protected]@intoday.com but the problem
remains unresolved. I have also complained at 24x7wecare of the
magazine but to no avail so far.
The company should arrange for the delivery of the magazines
Regularly immediately and extend my subscription accordingly.
Previous and outdated issues are not acceptable to me.

My subscription number is ITE1827362.I have not received free gift till today after renewal of product in month of February 09. Ten weeks are now over.Please do the needful .
