The otipy has ceased its services from my location on 17th May 2025 and informed me via email that refund process is underway and will be completed within 60 to 90 days from 17th May 25.
There customer service numbers are unresponsive since then only a whatsapp no is active and email is responding.
After the lapse of the given period of 90 days ie on 17th August 25, they are unable to issue the refund of balance amount in my wallet in otipy app.
The amount is 1920 Rs.
So I request you to please help me in getting my refund amount.
