I was an Otipy customer with a wallet balance of ₹106. After Otipy shut down services in my area, the wallet balance remains unrefunded. Despite repeated attempts to contact support via email and phone, I have not received a satisfactory response or refund.
Please help resolve this issue at the earliest.

My no registered with [protected] and more than Rs. 1315 exist in my wallet. I am trying to place order bur every time its showing unserviceable area.
I tries to refund beck my wallet amount but no response form customer care as well.

I have my account registered in the name of Vaibhav Tayal and have amount of Rs. 6184/- in my wallet. I have registered the complaint but there is no response. I would like to have my wallet my amount back in my banking account as the service is unserviceable now....

My area is unserviceable now, indirapuram, ghaziabad . but my wallet amount of rs1865 is not refunded, even after several requests. no call back is received yet....

The company is not able to deliver the order and keeps cancelling the order without delivering. The Delivery associate Akash Singh (M:[protected]) never picks the call and if he happens to pick up the call once in a while he keeps on lying about the order delivery. The company does not have a customer care number to reach them and they never respond on email. My money is stuck in the otipy wallet and the company is not transferring the money...

Product not delivered
I have ordered Buffalo milk and beetroot from OTIPY but they have not delivered my item in the morning, At 8 am I have checked in otipy app and it's showing order canceled
But no one's bothered to call me to inform me the reason for cancelation.
Now I have to go to grocery store to buy milk for my 9 months baby
This kind of behavior from OTIPY is not acceptable

Vegetables
Am ordering through otipy since 2 months. Not a single time I got order with the proper weight. There is no customer support number, only whatsapp, and giving every time same answer, next time they will improve. Giving less weight they will give some very little refund which is very enoying. So that we blind to do next order. Please do not trust otipy

I placed an order on 1st November with order id=7239331. Payment was done online. But no delivery has been made yet. I even raised the ticket id=854700. But no action has been taken. Phone no. Given on the website is switch off every time I call. Pls help me in this matter.

3 pairs of coconut water not received but deducted amount for it and in otipy application product is showing delivered status
I ordered 3 pairs of coconut water but didn't received a single piece of it and the amount for it is already deducted from my account and in otipy application product status is delivered showing

I have ordered vegetables from otipy on 14th of april and there vendor is saying your address is missing but i got confirmed from customer care of otipy my address is mentioned there and without doing further investigation they just put my oder in delivered status.
And from last couple of days i am trying to get connected with customer care and every time they said they will connect later by contacting vendor but it didn't happen
I want my money back and as well compensation for the inconvenience caused by Otipy.
Hope you understand my concern because of it i feel humiliated after my guests, they should get punished.

I ordered product yesterday but order is not delivered but showing delivered. Delivery partner is not picking call nor he is replying on watsapp. Delivery partner is pater and brothers prateek visteria

This is to inform you that on 22 May 22 I placed an online order of fruits and vegetables through your app and made my payment through Citibank credit card proof attached below for your reference.
The order delivery time was shown from 10 AM to 10 PM on next day
i.e. 23 May 22. After payment the order placed successfully was displayed on app order details. The wallet displays was shown for 25 rupees by your support and rupees 500.00 through online payment.
On 23 May 22 mobile communication received from otipi agent enquiring the delivery address correctness. Audio files of the communication has been attached with this mail. After the communication when checked on app updates regarding the order despatch, to the astonish it was found neither my wallet credit amount nor my active order details are not visible.
In other online shopping app this type of fraudulent activity never take place.
When customer care was approached there was no call facilities, only number game. Next contacted Mr. Yash Chugh he assured he will resolve the issue. But did nothing till now. WhatsApp msg attached. This is not atall a site of belief, not genuine.
Request please investigate and take necessary action.
