I have my account registered with Otipy as Unnati Agarwal since long time and was a regular customer. Suddenly one day it started showing unserviceable area on my address and I wasn't able to place any order. I contacted the support team and came to know about the company closure. By that time, I had Rs. 2170 in my otipy wallet, so I asked the support team about my refund. They informed me that my refund will be processed back to my source account within 60 to 90 days, but even after repeated attempts to contact support via email and phone, I have not received a satisfactory response or refund yet.
