Otipy — Order never gets delivered

The company is not able to deliver the order and keeps cancelling the order without delivering. The Delivery associate Akash Singh (M:[protected]) never picks the call and if he happens to pick up the call once in a while he keeps on lying about the order delivery. The company does not have a customer care number to reach them and they never respond on email. My money is stuck in the otipy wallet and the company is not transferring the money in may bank account.
