Otis Elevator Company — about installation complaint

Address:Jaipur, Rajasthan

We purchase a lift on 22.02.2018 gst inv no. Rj/1700695. Company said installation will complete within 30 days from date of delivery. But till date there is no installation. Company engineer said that any part of lift is not proper and part will be come some days. We are suffering from our hotel business due to lift.
Kindly do needful as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that our lift not working vide Unit no. L005891 although we have registered the complaint yesterday in this regard & your engineer has visited to the lift but he went on saying that there is problem in the software card & It will take 3-4 days to resolve the problem. Please do the needful ASAP.
