We would like to draw your attention to the fact that our LEFT is not working properly from the last 7 days, doors are not open at 2nd & 3rd Floor so we are facing a lot of problems. In spite of our telephonic call no body heed to our request to resolve our problems and smoothly work on our LIFT which was installed by OTIS. Hence, you are requested to please look into the issue & resolve the problems immediately.
