We have bought 4 lifts of different categories last year.
3 lifts were delivered together & 1 later.
All first 3 lifts had old parts or manufacturing defects which has given lot of problems throughout the year, almost 2-3 times a week.
We had done 100s of emails, complaints, calls, services request which will present a proof against the problems.
Problems: vibrations, jerks, sudden stop, no emergency landings, malfunctioning of arriving on specific floor, oil leakage, noise in doors & barrings.
Accidents: families/customers got stuck from 10-30mins at different times, lift guards fell down bcoz of sudden jerks, mid landings of lifts (10% to 50% rise above floor).
1 lift which was delivered with new parts was not maintained & also no regular service was done during warranty period which has caused faults & repairs at present even under warranty.
Now when it is time for ending of warranty period, we do not have any option other than otis to give amc or service to 3rd party.
We feel our premise is in extreme trouble & vulnerable to accidents. Was this information helpful? |
