We have been complaining from last 8 to 9 months and our complain is not getting resolved, even after being under 5 year comprehensive contract the required parts are not being replaced and are suffering, the seniors have the audacity to come and tell us to upgrade by spending money. Just because otis does not have parts why we should spend to upgrade that too under maintenance comprehensive contract. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Two cars reference No. W 4893 and W 4894 were serviced on 27/08/2019 and
on the next day i.e. on 28/08/2019 both went off. Today morning i.e. on 29/08/2019 complaint has been registered at 7.00 AM.
Till now nobody has turned up.
We have 2 lifts and both are off.
Matter serious.
