Ovantica — Even after payment, the product was not delivered nor money is being refunded

I paid the price of ₹ 33, 574.00 for Pixel 7 Pro (Superb Condition) mobile phone on 29.07.2024, but till date I have not received my product. On repeated enquiries, you gave me a tracking ID - [protected], which on tracking is not showing any update so far. On calling, neither does anyone pick up the phone from you quickly and even if it does, no one is giving a clear answer, while you are saying that you have dispatched the product.

When you did not take my correspondence address from me and I did not give it, then you sent the product to the courier to be delivered to whom, where and when? All this looks suspicious to me
