I am surprised this site is still online inspite of so many reviews. I have still not got my money.

I placed 4 orders with Ovantica. I received only 2. The real problem started when I had to cancel the remaining 2 orders as it was getting delayed. Thats when I realised the website shows devices NOT in stock too.

They kept trying to convince me not to cancel, but I insisted. After reluctantly agreeing, they claimed...

I paid the price of ₹ 33, 574.00 for Pixel 7 Pro (Superb Condition) mobile phone on 29.07.2024, but till date I have not received my product. On repeated enquiries, you gave me a tracking ID - [protected], which on tracking is not showing any update so far. On calling, neither does anyone pick up the phone from you quickly and even if it does, no one is giving a clear answer, while you are saying that you have dispatched the product.br...

I saw its ad on YouTube and I sold the phone!
Blue Dart company took my phone and gave it to them.
And there was a conversation and he said, I will give you Rs 21k final for this phone.
I was supposed to get the payment on 7th March.
But next day their WhatsApp went offline and we also tried calling and emailing but no reply has come yet....

They told me that the item is not there, they told me to buy another one instead and now they are not answering any of my complains...

I ordered Pixel 4a 5g from Ovantica and first I had to wait for 7 days for the product to reach me as they told that they were out of stock and they will ship my phone when it gets back in stock. I had made advance payment so I was helpless and had no option but to wait. Once the phone arrived, I was happy but only for a few seconds. As soon as I opened the box and inspected the phone I could see a clear gap between the display and the frame....

I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a mobile phone from Ovantica (Moto Razar 5G), and I must say that it has been an absolute nightmare. Not only did I receive a faulty device, but the lack o[censored]pdates on the repair during the warranty period has been completely unacceptable.

Following the company's protocol, I promptly contacted their customer support to report the issues and initiate the repair process....

I byed thrue thier website a Sony Xperia Z2 Comapct (4GB, 64 GB) with renew condition. After receiveng set I insert SIM card and tryed to call and connect to internet, I found the call has been going and receiving, but internate not connecting. Because of this mobile specially make for DOCOMO japan. Then I tryed to connect with customer care for refund or replace. On monday They issued tracking slip but until now no any responce. Itryed to connect many times but no any responce.

I purchased a I phone 11 pro from ovantica.com and it delivered to me on March 30, 2023 as per there 7 day replacement policy. I claim for return on 4 april which 6 day of delivered the product but at side shown that replacement date is closed on 4th april which is 6 day of purchasing. On 5 april I call ovantica for return my product, they not responded my call and giving another number again and again but no one can respond...so I want replacement or return my product now...

After confirming order they people want extra money on their google pay mobile number....

I bought 19th August mobile Sony Xperia 5 in ovantica only working in 2days 3rd day doesn't work i compalint they replacement the product send the mail for me.passed two they don't attend my call.

I'm purchase 2 mobiles in ovantica website but i did not receive mobile phone and they're not cancel my order and i didn't received refund money....

I had ordered iPhone 11 pro Max from Ovantica website.
During ordering i was asked to pay 250:rupees for order confirmation.

One day later i got a call from their "back-end" team telling that i have to pay 750 more for the delivery.

Later i was told that i have to go to a hub in Bangalore to collect the phone.
This hub was 30km away from my delivery location.

Olx seems to be forgery, blocking accounts after getting payments.

I paid 6500 for package and use any ad but account banned.

We are so upset losing our money in this situation many Business are having tough time and we paid 6500 for the package and the account was suspended and when we contact your support they are saying we cannot refund we cannot help your companies under police verification blah blah blah...
